GARDENING FACT SHEET:
It can sometimes feel like anxious, uncertain times right now. Long lines and empty shelves at the grocery store are causing even the calmest of us to experience stress. News of quarantines and ‘stay-at-home’ orders are taking a toll emotionally on a lot of our neighbors.
Victory Gardens are making a comeback. During World Wars I and II they gave hope and purpose and even then it was recognized how important being in nature is for the body and soul.
